If you have a look around the various websites, blogs and social media sites of full time marketers, you’ll notice many of the same faces at all of the various seminars. Sure, maybe some of them are just seminar junkies, but you can bet your boots that most of them are making money directly or indirectly from attending these seminars.

The first thing I noticed at my first seminar was the huge range of people that attended. There were total newbies who hadn’t made a single cent online yet on up to millionaires who owned publishing companies, were supper affiliates or owners of many cash producing websites.

While these seminars are really fun to attend, the main thing to know is that you need to get outside yourself and make connections. This is not the time to be shy. If you see someone you recognize as being a big money maker sitting there eating lunch all alone, ask if you can join them. Sitting down and striking up a conversation with this person could result in a future JV or just an opportunity to make a new friend who has similar goals. Sitting behind your computer making huge piles of cash is awesome and everything, but sooner or later you’ll miss the people interaction.

The best way to advance in internet marketing is to realize that you cannot and should not do everything yourself. A seminar is a great way to meet experts with different skills that you can go to when you need a specific task done.

I was at an Armand Morin event not long ago and I met a guy named “DJ” Dave Bernstein. Dave is a internet audio expert and is the go to guy for many of the gurus. We struck up a conversation at Armand Live in Phoenix and after I got home, I contacted him again and we kept in contact. I’ve since returned to Phoenix and met up with Dave again to learn even more about internet marketing and audio on the internet.

In short, I made a friend and future business contact and we’ll be growing our businesses and incomes for years to come and I’d never have met him if I hadn’t attended that seminar.

December 5th, 6th and 7th, 2008 I’m going to see one of my favorite
marketers live in Phoenix……Armand Morin.

Since so many people want to make money online, I was wondering
what they’d be willing to do to make the cash. I watched the forums
and some said “oh, I can’t write articles” or “video…gasp, I’m too shy”
or other tales of lameness and excuses.

I’m a little smartass and I refuse to go away. I love Internet Marketing
and will hammer on it until I’m sharing the stage with some of you. I also
agree with the adage “you’ve got to give a little to get a little” so I want to
give a little.

I need to raise $1200 for airfare and hotel room to go see my buddy
Armand Morin and I want to have a story to tell him when we meet.

What do you need done? I’ll do it.

I can: write articles, blog posts, transcribe audio to text, voice overs
(convert text to audio). convert audio or text to video…whatever.

I want to prove that anyone can make some cash if they want to
badly enough and I’d also like to show Armand that I made the
bucks to come see him just by digging in and doing whatever
need to be done.

Some of you know Armand. If you do, send this to him. I bet

of the biggest names in internet marketing…wonder who will

I left a message and a guy named “Rome” called me back today as promised. Rome asked a few questions about my business, my websites, and my goals and said he’d get the checklists and CD sent right out to me.

I mentioned that I had no username or password yet but Brent Coppietiers knew about it. He said i could also contact customerhelpdesk.org and submit a ticket. We’ll see if Brent get’s back to me first. He was just off for a few days with Russell at Big Seminar.

So far so good. The idea is to get logged in so you can use the desktop mentor and start applying the learnings.

I’ll throw a ticket in for good measure and see what happens.
