Performance Under Pressure – Let’s see how I do

So the other day I blogged about bad market conditions and possible layoffs….well today I got the call to go report to the office Monday. I wasn’t told why which got me all pissed off but I refused to sit in all weekend and be sad.

Normally I would hope for the best, fear the worst and be bummed, but this time I think I’ll try the other route…the power of positive thinking.

I was reading some stuff Jason Moffatt had written about back when he lived in a hut in the woods and the dude really just kept plugging along and is doing very well. I have huge respect for him and you can expect to hear from him in my upcoming interview series.

Our situations are a bit different though. I have two little mouths to feed in addition to my wife’s medium sized mouth and my BIG mouth! BUT and that’s a big but…I have located a few j.o.b. opportunities that might just put the grey cloud behind me.

Since this is a blog about inspiration and internet marketing, you may have been hoping I’d say that I’d just pull the plug on the 9-5 and hit the internet marketing hard. I would LOVE to but I cannot allow my babies to go hungry while I try to figure out paid traffic via Google adsense and others…that just doesn’t make sense.

I will however, be hammering hard to get traffic to my offers in the meantime because every little bit helps right?

Chin up and chest out….I made it before and I’ll make it now.
