Lose belly fat by eating more

Ok so I’ve been going to the gym for a number of years now and I recently decided that not enough progress was being made and I had to do something about it.
I’ve decided to take part in John Stones May 100 Challenge where we have to stick to our diet and exercise regimens 100% for the whole month of May. We start off with 100 points and each time we skip a meal or workout or have an unscheduled cheat meal, we lose 1 point. It’s based on the honor system and the goal is to end up with 100 points.
My plan is to:
- attend the gym 3x per week
- Do home knee/back workout or do cardio at home on elliptical
- eat 6x per day EVERY DAY
- No cheat meals
- Cut body fat down by about 2%
At the end there will be a kick as cheat meal!
