I recently met a very dynamic and successful woman named Savannah Ross.

Savannah caught my attention because she suffered a series of life changing and quite devastating events that could have caused her to curl up in a ball in the corner and cry herself to death but fortunuately she decided to rise above the challenges and made a HUGE success of herself.

What kinds of challenges you ask?

Well just to name a few…

- She suffered a house fire right before Christmas
- She lived in a motel with her husband and two sons
- Her 6 month old niece died right after the holidays
- Her baby son fell ill and was given 24 hours to live

…and if all of THAT wasn’t enough…

- The teachers union went on strike which caused her husband to lose his income!

So they wound up about as down as anyone could get. Savannah spent everyday by her sons hospital bedside which meant giving up her income as a skin care consultant.

They were facing bankruptcy, tempers flared and they considered divorce and they were buried in self pity, down and pretty much lost all hope.

They decided to contact a real estate agent and ask him to sell their house FAST so they could eat. He asked about their situation and after explaining what was going on, the agent recommended they read the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki.

Since they barely had 2 nickels to rub together they couldn’t afford to just run to the book store and buy the book new. Luckily, Savannahs husband Dave found it at a used book store.

Savannah devoured the information in the book and took massive action…what unfolded in the following 6 months was astounding.

Savannah had secured over $3,150,000 in real estate deals and completely changed the course of their life forever.
