<p>I&#8217;ve decided to take part in <a href="http://johnstonefitness.com">John Stones</a> May 100 Challenge where we have to stick to our diet and exercise regimens 100% for the whole month of May.  We start off with 100 points and each time we skip a meal or workout or have an unscheduled cheat meal, we lose 1 point.  It&#8217;s based on the honor system and the goal is to end up with 100 points.</p>
<p>My plan is to:</p>
<p>- attend the gym 3x per week<br />
- Do home knee/back workout or do cardio at home on elliptical<br />
- eat 6x per day EVERY DAY<br />
- No cheat meals<br />
- Cut body fat down by about 2%</p>
<p>At the end there will be a kick as cheat meal!</p>
